I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. I didn't like anything. They didn't pay salary and did not contribute PF for more than 1 year. I worked for more than 13-14 hours a day without extra pay.
