there are no such pros. as compared to cons. apart from 5 days working. if you really want to grow in your carrier then do not join this company.

you will only get salary on time but never the appraisal or the bonus or incentives. no clarity on PF account (amount deduction or the withdrawal) they never use to submit PF on time. you will never get any help from finance team related to any of your monetary problems and clarificatio n. they are not even a properly registered and a well documented firm in PF scheme as per Govt. you will always be forced to do what they want you to do. all the positive reviews on google or glassdoor or on ambition box are from the fake account or from the employees of the other companies of this group. before joining think twice....Read More
