Getting salary on time. Even in Covid situations no layoff were done and no salary cutoff. Provides basic amenities within office premises.

1. Work culture is too micromanaged. .Hardworking employees dont get recognition and people who do buttering with managers get promoted. Lot of favourtism This is the reason this year attrition rate has touched approx 54%. 3.Increments are not that mark even if the company is making huge profit, still getting into single digits. 4.Top management are sitting at 10,000 feet and don't know nothing what's going at the middle and lower management. 5.No new projects and on just one project everyone is pushed and work forever. No learning on the project after few months. 6. Skills and development are just basic training. They do not provide industry level skill training. But manager are selfish and get themselves expensive training. 7. Sometimes people are forced to work.late nights with no perks.
