I like regular traning sessions and awareness to make employees up to mark. Work pressure is good and you feel good about that if you are workaholic. Environment is good and people are friendly.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is high sometimes and we need to work exrmtra for completing the target. We need to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late too. I do receive appreciations from client but that mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals. Also, there is on job training for freshers, hence senior members like me have to guide them step by step, which is a pain sometimes....Read More

Work Details

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as I have to manage other members work with my work as well. I stay on my toes by doing competitive benchmark studies on my own. As long as i get to work closely with the client, a great learing exp.

I was okay experince working with Xceedance. Work culture is hectic in my project. Pay and perks were okay.

Dislikes

Some politics between managers has made environment bad sometimes. Juniors have less opportunities.
