Apart from few great leaders at higher ranks, lower & mid-senior leadership is pathetic.

Dislikes

Managers like Mohd. Sameer with support of bosses like Nishi Duseja are just ruining they lis of their employees. They have made a nexus with HR and only their boot lockers can survive. This group has recently lost a big client and attrition is at all time high, yet they are misusing their powers to create atrocities against employees.
