Payment is below average than market standard as an MNC. Salary structure contains retention of money which is not lucrative. Appraisal is biased and performance review not done equally.

The work culture is totally conducive for healthy working and growth. Levels of toxicity in the work culture are zero. Management is considerate and value the work contribution of employees at all levels.

There is nothing to like in WTP (Delhi), especially in the so-called Delhi office (an 8ft by 12 ft room with 10 seats that's it. It is the office, and meeting rooms are booked for interviews). Worst management ever (can say no management). One concerned person for multiple roles i.e., Associate Director, HR, Project manager, Office manager etc. and the fun fact is he can not manage his own role. No proper project management procedure is followed here. There is no dedicated project manager for any site but if you are a junior or intermediate QS and deployed to any site, then you will be directly reporting to the client and if any blunder happens (which usually happens) you will be liable for it. Even the associate director will blame you for it and if it's not even your mistake. In the morning you will be on 1 project and by the end of the day you will be on 3 projects at the same time and all of them are urgent. You will be badly negotiated for the salary even for 500rs. Never join on your current salary because there are so many deductions that make your salary lower than your current. Every project here is very urgent (365 days), even you have to ask before you plan your Sunday or any holiday. Urgent work occurs usually on Saturdays and Sundays only. All the employees working here are already exhausted and looking for jobs. If you are a workaholic person and you do not have a family then you can join this company (So-called Delhi office. actually Gurugram, Sikandarpur) But if you are a family man and work only in working hours person, just do not join it! And once you resign. Boom!! you are nothing to the company, you contributed zero to the company, and you are a waste for the company, although you did hard work, the Associate Director and the company will start to have trust issues with you. You won't get any support from HR (sitting in south India). HR will stop picking up the calls....Read More

Everything is a dislike here. Every day felt like mental torture. Whatever is written in the review is a fact. Faced by my self and all the employees of the Delhi office. This review is only for Delhi region.
