Their software product is satisfactory and functional. The onboarding process for new employees is well-organized and it's good initially.

Dislikes

The management is poorly structured and lacks proper employee management skills. No product training is provided to new employees after onboarding, leaving them unprepared. Unethical practices such as salary deductions based on performance without a proper PIP (Performance Improvement Plan). Also the salary date is variable. Lack ofmotivation and support from the management team. Employees often have to work on weekends, and there are no clear regulations regarding office timings. HR, specifically Sonali Rai, does not provide adequate support to employees. Their HR policies are almost unethical. I would not recommend to work here, as you will get nothing to learn from anyone....Read More

Firstly it is product based company. And got time to time appraisal. I learned many technology like spring boot, struts framework, Ajax and many. And company culture was good.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
