There is nothing to like. Managers in Stripe names VIKAS AHUJA, DEEPANJALI SINGH, HR-KARTIKAY are the worst people I have ever seen. They don't know what are the rules outlined for their own employees. HR is like uneducated, he don't have any answer to any of ur question he says, plz connect with operations team.

Never recommend anyone to join. Manager specially in Stripe are worst of all. If u r thinking to leave the organization by compensating, they don't have that policy. WORST CULTURE, CHATUGIRI!

Gives fresher a chance to enter in corporate world but they will transfer you to another process after they are done squeezing you up in the current process.

Dislikes

No job security, no salary increment and poor work culture. Forget about work life balance as they will tell to work also on Saturday sometimes on Sunday too. They take half amount of your night shifts as WNS care fund without even asking the employee regarding it. I don't recommend any fresher to start their career here.

There is no culture or ethics they follow. It’s not like so much of work there. The management is worst there. They firmly believe in micro management. Work pressures are ok ok. A month in a whole year is what would be high pressure enviroment. Otherwise it's chill Job security is very high but problem with that is that even those not performing keep sailing thus making me feel performance is not very valued

Salary is quite low. There is hardly any skill development from the company.. its like throw them in the water and hope they swim. So all skill development will come if you take initiatives

Despite of micro management and bias behaviour of managers HR people connect with employees and ask for feedback hear from both sides
