Manager are playing Complete Politics . Only manager are celebrating festivals, Executive level employees are only working, You can't breath 1 min also.They calculating wash room break also. even in ladies issue. Work balance are complete petetic. They don't have any learning portal and manager are not helping for growth , career and learning.Manager are not talking with exceutive level of employees . They feel they are labour.They are doing complete blank. During Appraisal , Manager are give good rating only those person who close with them and drinking with them.They are telling in meeting" usko itna harras karo ki woh resign khud he dede"Manager are teaching to team lead. Hr are not interfere at all there. We can't see hr on floor one year. We can't escalated personal issue to Managers and hr. If we escalate then you will out of the company. They are doing complete planning for low rating during Appraisal s and harrase while doing work so employees will give automatically resigned. So much work pressure. They are not providing any IJP. Only showing in portal. Only doing marketing in linkdine Manager are not takingteam meeeting , brain stroming not discussing project update at all. They are discussing with boys only those who drinking with them. Knowledge transfer by senior are not here. Those who are working after logout time only those employees are dedicated by manager. They are providing variable pay and bonus only favourite employees. They allocated for training only favourite employees. Executive cant talk with managers. If you talk them team lead will take action.they are doing work pressure.and in work pressure you will do many errors.Then team lead will show error to managers. Manager are not interested in Root cause of error. Canteen are pathetic. They don't have hygiene.you will get rats and crocroch in kitchen.
