Likes

Decent work environment. Needs much stronger HR team that can pick up feedback mechanisms like 360/180. Below average appraisals every year.

Management needs to deep dive into employee issues and deal with them fairly.

Work Details

I have gotten a chance to wear multiple hats during my tenure and that has sort of helped me get a taste of different roles as WNS. There is always a struggle at the beginning of a role as there is no training/coaching that happens.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
