The only good part is the opportunity for direct interaction with the clients. It gives one immense exposure and learning and the opportunity to travel as well. Wns may provide opportunity for work life balance as well since most of the days you may not have work to do.

Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Employee growth is not a concern in the organization. There are no trainings provided. They would move you to a project saying it's critical and in a month's time you may end sitting up on bench and handed a notice period letter. Wns may hire at a market rate initially but the yearly appraisal is meagre and non transparent. They do not reveal even at the latest moment and you may directly see increment (if at all) in your salary....Read More

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
