It was a good experience working with WNS Global Services as most of the things there, are a Pro. The working environment which includes infrastructure, cafeteria, medical,other facilities and their maintainence are all very good. Talking about my team mates, people are very helpful and friendly. When I started, I was very hesitant communicating with my managers and colleagues but sooner they turned out to be as friends and were ready to guide at each step. Even the training sessions conducted for the personality development for both former and new employees were very exciting and properly conducted. Dislikes

Well, If i talk about the things which I slightly disliked there was ,that the transportation facility is a bit cumbersome. They keep changing the time slots for pick ups and drops and do not coordinate properly. Also, there is sometimes a mismatch between the job profile they offer while interviewing and the actual work that is being assigned for in the respective departments.

Work Details

Frankly speaking, my work was little boring and repetitive as I have to perform the same tasks again and again which was involving less learning and access to internet was also not allowed that much so that we can research bit extra.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
