It's rotating shifts long hours more than mentioned time

At first they said Saturday Sunday weekoff but after completion of training for which process i assistant to insurance policy we have work more. Hours to complete given targets if u not not complete the targets your day is absent they put

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
