Wns is very god company. There many type of facilities and policies are .transport facilities, medical facilities. Work environment is friendly. Managers and team are supported.

Dislikes

No I like working with wns.

The job is quite interesting I learnt everything on the job I got a chance to wear multiple hats and helped me get a taste of different role within the same team

Only training period was good & excellent.. Our trainer was good & understanding.. There was no job security.. Work culture, management & company policies was not good but average..

Dislikes

On floor process trainer & manager was not supportive & understanding.. Transport facility was not good, understanding & supportive..

Good work environment and culture.teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good.they give good salary.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.
