We had team members of 12, and we use to login by evening 6.30 pm, by that time no others team will be there in the company, rest all the team will be logged out. So, we are like boss of the company. Moreover our supervisor use to seat in Pune location.

No celebration, Very less hike, Gift or goodies for any of the festival,

The management is very good and the managers are very friendly .You can always ask your seniors for help. Everyone support you and encourage you to learn and be the best .

Dislikes

The compensation was not upto the mark as per the work .They hire people who doesn't have the right skill and expect them to learn and delivery thing without giving them proper training . They doesn't invest on employees learning and development .

Work life balance was good but sometimes you to strech and depends upon the managers and client requirements .They are client focused.
