The overall work in BPO industry as compared to WNS, you will find that WNS has some meaningful work to do and something which we can use in future in the same industry of Insurance.

Worst place to work with. It is not at all employee friendly. Managers are very rude and need just servile guys. Processes get rammed down very frequently.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
