Nothing much except work culture because some colleagues and managers are nice to each other and help each other.

No scope of growing in the company. The company is not at all open to innovation and our managers are not ready to adopt new technologies which lead to a terrible work satisfaction for employees who can adopt new technology and are ready to challenge themselves. Process owners wants us to take new initiatives but are not ready to any work on their part. Client goes to other companies for technical work just because group managers and process owners are not competent enough. Doing our work efficiently does not account for good appraisal, and you have to work extra hours to get a good rating. Leave policy is very bad. There is no sick leave policy. Working hours are strict. Late logins are included in our incentive criteria which is unfair specially in the process I worked for. Sometimes double pay are not paid on time when we work on National holidays , we had to raise ticket for that.
