Nothing much except work culture because some colleagues and managers are nice to each other and help each other.

Dislikes

No scope of growing in the company. The company is not at all open to innovation and our managers are not ready to adopt new technologies which lead to a terrible work satisfaction for employees who can adopt new technology and are ready to challenge themselves. Process owners wants us to take new initiatives but are not ready to any work on their part. Client goes to other companies for technical work just because group managers and process owners are not competent enough. Doing our work efficiently does not account for good appraisal, and you have to work extra hours to get a good rating. Very poor management by WNS, there are some people sitting at the top since last 8-10 years and controlling everything here, don't expect growth for starting 2-3 years.

Dislikes

You guys just exploit people who are in service, please encourage people to perform well and give appreciation in front of senior management
