I regret to express my deep disappointment regarding my tenure as an HR intern at this company. While the office location was commendable, the overall work environment and management practices fell significantly short of expectations. Regrettably, the CEO exhibited a relentless pursuit of immediate output from interns, coupled with an excessive emphasis on constant monitoring and reporting. This approach hindered the opportunity for comprehensive learning and growth. Despite the absence of sufficient time for skill development, each day we were required to account for our acquired knowledge, despite the limited avenues for exploration and creative expression. Furthermore, I was unexpectedly assigned tasks that were outside the purview of my role as an intern, such as supervising other employees and assuming administrative responsibilities that were beyond the scope of an intern's position. Within a mere 15-day period, I was additionally tasked with recruiting five interns for "Witness The Fitness" and two BDA professionals for the CEO's brother's company. It is imperative to note that my involvement in these endeavors was not compensated accordingly. Despite my diligent efforts to fulfill these additional responsibilities, the CEO criticized me for what he perceived as insufficient output. Additionally, the company's practice of remunerating employees based on efficiency is highly uncommon, even within the context of multinational corporations. Furthermore, salaries, including my own stipend of approximately 2k, were frequently withheld without justifiable cause. Such actions are in stark contrast to fair and ethical employment practices and foster an environment that is both hostile and demoralizing. Notably, my decision to leave the company had a cascading effect, as the frustrated interns swiftly followed suit, terminating their internships within a mere two days. Presently, the office houses a mere two employees. It is evident that the CEO's management style and treatment of employees have had a profound and detrimental impact on team morale and overall performance. Given the aforementioned circumstances, I wholeheartedly advise prospective individuals to exercise caution when considering employment with this company. The prevailing oppressive work culture, lack of adequate support, and inequitable compensation practices create substantial barriers to personal and professional growth. The CEO's undue emphasis on immediate output, without fostering an environment conducive to learning and development, poses a significant hindrance to the overall progress of employees. Furthermore, the withholding of salaries without valid justification represents a severe ethical concern. I offer these reflections in the sincere hope that they serve as constructive feedback for the company's management. It is of utmost importance to address these pressing concerns and cultivate a workplace culture where employees are treated with respect, provided with ample support, and afforded opportunities for personal and professional advancement....Read More

Nothing but I experienced how to work in startup companies.
In startups companies there is lots of mismanagement, same issue occurs there.
You have to work other than your job profile. I recruited there as a digital marketing intern but they shifted me in branding department.
