I have total work experience of 9 years but with Wipro I had worst experience. I had left the company on 5th April 2021 and until now I'm waiting for my relieving cum experience letter as the offboarding department and HR department of the company is non-responsive.Company didn't contact me after my LWD as assured earlier for providing the exit document. They aren't even responding when the employee contacts them.They are least bothered about employee offboarding experience. I have emailed the offboarding department and HR department several times that I need to provide my relieving letter in my future employer but it doesn't matter to them.It feels like the department is sleeping once the employee has left Never experienced this in any other company....Read More
