No memorable experience I cherish from this company.

Dislikes

1. The company doesn't appreciate external certification. Based on the promotion is been compromised. 2. This company is worst for experienced people who particularly from mainframe background 3. Not enough project in vision plus domain. 4. The career ladder for senior member is difficult and not transparent. For everything u need to have support from middle management. 5. During my stay, most of the senior members haven't received appraisal for 2 years....Read More
