The guidelines as a whole organization at Wipro are good.

Dislikes

The management, payroll and the employee recognition is below average. The Human Resource team are horrible. According to the policy you would have a exit interview while leaving any organization. But Wipro will happily say good-bye to an employee who gave their heart and soul to the company. Wipro is accountable and reliable to its employee's. Thanks!

Since I have moved to Wipro. I never felt of losing my job. The job security is pretty good and coming to the work culture it’s poor. Management is really great. I appreciate their efforts however it won’t come till the employees. It’s that it. Company policies are really amazing. Haven’t got atleast one goodie even after working for an year yet they gave some cool stuff once I resigned which is hurtful individually. Their hikes are pretty decent as the other companies have provided the same in pandemic. You won’t feel stressed until you move to the higher level. The claims are pretty easy and most of the company don’t offer or they don’t let the employees know. Iyk.
