Work enviornment is good, also get good chances to excel further as free training sessions and modules are available.

Dislikes

Salary/appraisal - its not up to the mark at all. Each individual supposed to be judge by his own skillset and capabilities so that right amount of growth he/she should get. Wipro is lacking behind on these.
