Job Security :: Better than any other companies Work Culture :: It's really good ; you can work independently and no one interferes in your daily activities , no micromanagement as such Management :: In a single word ; awesome .. you won't be ever asked to stay back beyond office hours ; no pressure or internal politics at all. Company Policies :: Unbiased , ratings are consistent if you perform well.
