Like every organization, Wipro has its own culture which is divided into 2 sets of experiences.. One is where the people pass their 8 hours time by doing something which will not add any value addition. Second set is people who is sacrificing their personal time including weekends to cover the brand image. Ofcourse, it is project orcase specific but with my 14 years experience I have never heard a good story internally where people show pride about the role they are in....Read More
