Likes

Its a great place to learn. They have so many learning opportunities. I have never seen such thing in any other company that I have worked until now. I just loved the learning opportunities in Wipro

Dislikes

Projects, Awards, Rewards, Welcome gifts, No Proper Bench management, Compensation, Hikes, No encouragement, no shift allowances. No motivation

Salary - Poor
Company culture - Poor

Work Details

It's not that bad and neither amazing. I'm just ok with the current experience in wipro. Would rate 5 out of 10

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
