no proper communication between manager and engineers. being on third party, client does not treat vendor staff properly and wipro cant do anything for it. Manager say they will do something but nothing happens.

First of all, I have offer from Wipro and suppose to join by May2020. But due to COVID they had postponed my onboarding twice and saying the reason they are waiting for for the Top management approvals, They are repeating the same story again and again and don't know what they are planning for.
