Likes

It’s the people who make the Wipro worth staying. I am lucky to have such good mentors and friends who really understand and help each other grow. The environment here is super healthy and the manager super cool.

Dislikes

Wipro at times brings policies like WFH without giving thought on what his employees want. They do a survey every quarter but never actually work on those to improve employee relationships with the company.

Work Details

Work policy: 3 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
