Coming to wipro was the decision of my life. Wipro employees usually works on client locations. So the core teams forget their employees once they dump them into projects. You will drop them mails and no one will reach back to like you don’t exist. I am in itis domain and Wipro doesn’t has any projects. There are hundreds of people on bench. Once you are released You have to report to Gurgaon office daily no matter where you live. I am luckily aligned to a project but I am not seen a single satisfied employee in 2 years. I don’t want to get started on the work life balance and dominating manager stuff. Just not the right place in short. Nothing about the company is good. Nothing at all....Read More

Hi friends, I have 4 offers. One from Accenture with 30 lpa with 5% variable, Capgemini with 31 but with 10% variable, CTS with 33.5 with 50k variable and Wipro with 30 and 10% variable. Which one should I go for? I have a total of 10 years of experience in Java development. Please suggest. All were in the Pune location except Accenture (Bangalore).

Got 4 offers but really confused to select. Please help.
