Company culture was quite good, Got cab facilities.

Dislikes

I hate the HR of my Process specially Mehek Narula, and Amit. Because they don't even reverted back on my important mails. My process was ramped down and i sent multiple mails for relieving and all. But they don't care of the employees. I'm not telling that whole management was bad but these two specially Mehek Narula she is the worst HR of wipro.

Hi friends, I have 4 offers. One from Accenture with 30 lpa with 5% variable, Capgemini with 31 but with 10% variable, CTS with 33.5 with 50k variable and Wipro with 30 and 10% variable. Which one should I go for? I have a total of 10 years of experience in Java development. Please suggest. All were in the Pune location except Accenture (Bangalore).

Got 4 offers but really confused to select. Please help.
