The list is long. Worst management ever seen. It's not an ideal place to work. People have a misconception that Wipro is another government job. No, it's not. If you don't please the management you will be thrown out as HR department is run not by HRs but the management. They don't make the increment in effect saying that people will leave. Company should improve their hiring skills rather than appointing managers and SDLs who are less skilled and try to destroy a good work environment.
