The list is long. Worst management ever seen. It's not an ideal place to work. People have a misconception that Wipro is another government job. No, it's not. If you don't please the management you will be thrown out as HR department is run not by HRs but the management. They don't make the increment in effect saying that people will leave. I disliked everything from management and culture as well as the salary provided by the organisation. The increment and appraisals provided by the company are equivalent to nothing. The management lives in their own shell and are least bothered about the lower level employees. No body gives a damn whether you leave or stay in the organisation.
