I was hired for UHG CS process & worked there for 8 months . I joined as a fresher & was totally misguided by my supervisor (TL) at the time of resignation . He assured me that he handled everything which he clearly didn't . I sent numerous mails to my TL & instead replying me he blocked me from everywhere. I was helpless & then I reached out to the process HR & manager but due to my TL's misconduct I became the sufferer. He misguided me right from submitting the laptop to the whole portal separation process , he didn't even allow me to serve the notice period from home as I was ill & submitted all the relevant documents. In that case TL mentioned that the management won't allow me to do WFH .No action was taken against him instead they gave me a termination letter. I repeatedly ask my TL is there anything I could help him with . I was really upset because I lost my new job because of this misconduct which was not even my doing. So if I'm joining as a fresher for the first time in a MNC isn't it my supervisor's responsibility to guide me ?...Read More
