Literally everything. They will deduct your salary in the name of cost cutting. Your managers will as you to work overtime without pay. You have to keep buttering your Leadership team for promotion. I've seen people working for 12 years without zero promotion and they were more than worthy of the promotion.

One thing is good that wipro is not telling directly to there employees to resign.

Dislikes

I think I was wrong about wipro that it is good company. Very high work pressure, deducting salary forcing to come office not allowing system to WFH to every employee and they don't have exact data of all employees hiring at graduate and providing salary as intermediate HR is not responding to employees not able to resolve there problems.
