Job security. Literally like working in a govt organisation. People who work will get more work and those who don't work or know anything will always find a way out.

Dislikes

Terrible work culture. Technical specialist towers or practice resources are internally hired for projects by account teams. Expectations from accounts are unrealistic. No support from the practice leads in these situations. Practice managers and leads lack basic functional knowledge of products. Hence there is no vision for growthof the practice and organization. No new business and revenue losses. Very reactive way of working....Read More
