There are quite a few demerits. The major setback is the salary, it is comparatively less than its peers. The salary in-hand is very less, one has to scrutinize the offer letter with a magnifying glass, there are too many cuttings. As it is a service based company, the career growth is very slow. I believe, there are very few who continue after 3- 4 years of working. Bottom line is that it is better place to work in but not the best where one can work throughout his career....Read More
