There is always a good culture among the employees very diverse and equal among each individual. Learning and knowledge management is the strength of this company where they drive and thrive to grow by developing the employee knowledge by enabling internal certifications and trainings.

Dislikes

There are too many managers who are bossy and do not understand ground reality. Very rare occurrence of a manager in any line of business, who understands the ground reality and manages the customer well. Also there is a shared model within the company for multiple customers, where employees are so stressed and the customer is unhappy with the delivery on. I had a vert steep incline in my career. Thanks to some of the best managers I have seen who helped groom me for what I have become today. Special mentions to Ramesh Kumar Balasubramaniam & Arun Mohan. Thanks to all the other colleagues who supported me.
