Simple answer is 'It's amazing' I have been with Wipro for close to 4 years now and I believe I'm fit to write this reply :) The values that are taught as Wipro values in the induction are actually being practiced. I have learnt a lot of life values from my work. As with any company there are some issues as well but I bet it is not just the problem of Wipro.
