They are calling candidates directly and asking them to resign without any prior notice. Applying unrealistic reason they are stating the candidates to resign any how. Salary is not looks like a IT professional employee it seems we are construction site labour and they just fire and hire as they have need.

It has the most hectic and worst worked culture of all times. It's working hours are 10 hours in office only then the commute takes nearly around 2 hours for a person like me who lives in West Delhi instead of giving your prefferd location. From my side I used to travel 50 km daily to the office then 10 hours of office times no workfor home (New Wipro policy for new employees) and in that 10 hours the workload is just pethetic, process are very complicated also there were no support from the seniors and no salary hike I even after a year.
