Everything will be good if you are delivering quality parameters . I've been top advisor got so many appreciations by clients. Everything is only on mails nothing else more than that.

Appreciation there is no such a thing except the appreciation mails in my personal experience I've appreciated by client itself but management didn't appreciate advisor in the that manner there should be some cash or some kind of appreciation prize which should encourage advisors to work more efficiently they shouldn't feel like if they are giving their 100% but treated like some other advisor who is not giving his or her 4 50 or 60% ....Read More

The process was good. Also my team mates were great.

Dislikes

The higher authorities were not at all open to new things. The pickup for office was available but not my drop, also i was not paid extra or any allowance for my traveling to office. They just want the work to be done no matter what the problem the employees are facing. Moreover even the mangers had to be on calls with the customers. FYI thats the same work for which employees were hired.
