Too much politics and new strategy of sacking people in the name of performance, band inertia (sitting on same band for 5+ years) has made this organization a scary place to work in. Everyone including employee's, management's main focus is to save themselves and target some other in the name of performance. Lot of discrimination inthe name of bands. They claim to treat employees equally, but highly driven by hierarchy. Please your manager/boss and stay. They have to target and rate 15-20% employees in the project in the name of poor performance but those who are leaving the project or are no longer needed by them are targeted irrespective of how good you work. Easy target if you are not a boot licker, and also leaving the project. They claim to implement quarterly performance mechanism which is as good as useless, as the management, in the name of annual appraisal would do same thing which they are determined to....Read More
