There is lot of learning, you work on lot of tools which is widely used in other organizations as well. Jib security is there until you goofed up big time in process.

Dislikes

No work life balance, long working hours which never ends, some of the people doesn't deserve to be in a leadership and lot of people resign because of them ( not everyone is same there are few good people as well)

Work-life balance - Poor

Work Details

Working at wipro means no personal life, you will have to give all your weekdays time to the work long working hours for which you doesn't get paid. But one good thing is you can take 2 hours of break but you have to complete the work accordingly.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
