The company is open to innovation and really adopts latest technology. I have learnt so many things from Wipro..

Compensation is decent ,but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.. sometimes I had to work 12-13 hours a day.. I do receive appreciation emails from my clients but always it remained unrecognised during my mid-apraisal period.Also Wipro is lacking in on job training.
