It is a nice organisation to start your career with a poor pay.Job security is high, Work life balance is good. In my process I was never been asked to stretch my shift but I am not sure about other process.

Dislikes

No scope for internal growth at all. In the name of internal growth they will give you more responsibilities with a minimum pay, and when I am saying minimum pay then I meaning it. Pay out is minimum actually they want to hire people on their Brand that's it. I always felt like company is in loss and they are trying for cost cutting. Overall Worst experience. But yeah you can say to your friends and relatives that I am Working with Wipro to increase your status infront of them that's it....Read More
