It would have been beneficial to have more streamlined and transparent communication channels to ensure everyone was on the same page. Another area of concern was the limited opportunities for professional growth and development. While the company had some training programs in place, they were not consistently offered or tailored to individual employee needs. Furthermore, the work-life balance at WinX Services need to be improved. There were instances where the workload became overwhelming, and the expectation to work long hours without proper compensation or support was a challenge. Striking a better balance between work responsibilities and personal life is essential for employee well-being and productivity.
