Terrible environment and culture. Unsupportive and worst teammates. There is a lot of politics and manipulation. Tocher employee in the terms of work. There is no management and policies. No appraisals or growth. No salary hike and bonus.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
