There were rats in the cafeteria. The management was horrible and working at Capita was just Stress. After leaving I had to follow up for my FNF and my PF also.

Worst place to work, they have no ethics, they are diplomatic all the time they'll say something do something. Official job timing will be 9.15-6.15 but actually it will be 9.15- 8, 8:30. They don't care about you but about their sales, don't even about your health your problems. They lie about everything job job designation, salary, timings, package break everything. And your manager will insult you behave like you are worthless because you are not performing because they just care about results, your sales target not about your efforts you are making like daily 500-600 calls 3 hour calling, 11.5 hours working although they'll only pay for 9 hours at the end you are wrong in that place. joined here as a fresher and during induction we were promised the world to us but lately did i get to know that all this company does is gives stress and lies. Even after performing well and working for more than one year not even a single cent of my salary was increased. There was going to be our yearly appraisal in march 2024 butthey denied and said we will do it in oct 2024, waited till Oct 2024 and they said sorry the appraisal will happen in Jan 2025. In nov 2024 the biggest client of capita which is O2 ramped down its process and all employees were told to put down our papers and we lost our job. Management suddenly decides to cancel yearly appraisal and bonuses for all companies across India. Rest all companies outside India get their appraisal and bonus as normal. Growth is very limited. Again reason being they will have to increase the salary and the company does not have the budget for it so they rather make work as a manager without making u one.

No fix timings , your shift can change thrice in a week . No knowledge about the process . They want you you to do sales even you are trained on customer service , if you performed they have no idea about incentive and if not then you are on PIP, favouritism . You won't get your salary after 45 days you get it after 60 days . Laziness in doing things which employee oriented things . Appraisal is an expectation. At the time of appraisal you will receive an email , we are sorry..... Canteen is the awesome part you should have belonging in one end and your bag on the other end Managers are been removed as they were nothing.Hire and fire In the End after all the pain the process Rammed down. I wont suggest anyone to work here there is no job security and no compensation when process is ramping down on top of that they will ask you to work for them another 2 months just to get your relieving and experience certificates.
