1. Your contributions will not get any value 2. Constant friction between US partners and India employees. US folks don’t want India to take over their roles in the future and hence will try to demoralize and demotivate their Indian counterparts. 3. Flexibility - Policies are biased and not standardized. For ex, within corporate risk, some teams enjoy 3 days a week, split shift and telecommuting. However, some teams are working 9 hrs and 5 days though their work doesn’t essentially warrant that. 4. Biased view towards certain functions. Highly qualified teams in terms of academic qualification treat other groups are sub-standard. 5. India leadership of some functions are not capable and courageous to take decisions on their own. They are scared to speak against any wrongdoing from US managers. 6. There are many PIOs( people of Indian origin) in the US teams. These Indians are more aggressive and rude to India employees than the employees of US ethnicity. 7. India managers simply act on what is told to them by the US counterparts. 8. No action will be taken even if you speak up. Ethics complaints are just an eyewash. 9. There is soft-firing by deliberately putting 15% of the employees in the last bucket during performance reviews....Read More

1. 15% to be mandatorily rated as ‘Inconsistently Meets’ in annual performance review. This means, managers will have to find 15% in any case, no matter everyone in the team worked really well. So even if you are saved one year, your run for a poor rating is due in the coming years.

Transport is free. Relocation benefits like accomodation, fare ,transport fee etc are provided. Apart from this i am struggling to point out any 'likes' to be honest.

Dislikes

1) Most of the time gets wasted in unnecessary meetings with managers day and night. 2) Long working hours with strictly 3 days in office, which is again unnecessary. 3) Several policies shared by HR before joining and in offer have very strict 'term and conditions' applied. So most of it gets eliminated and of no use. 4) Poor in terms of benefits related to health, medicine and insurance compared to peers. 5) Public here will talk about of lots of cool stuff (like genAI, Cloud,blockchain, transformation etc) but company is far-far behind from any real scope of implementation. 6) People who can speak good english and express a lot during meets about irrerelevant topics are considered enlightened. Irrespective of how you work technically and proactively.Not a place for introverts. 7) No cups are provided to have beverages. ( nonsense of being 'green') 8) HR are invisible and not available to answer any queries. Not a HR centric company. Directors have a say in everything. 9)...Read More

Except salary nothing is great about this company , legacy technologies, no growth opportunities, Managers are with the company since inception especially in CCIBT lob , Managers are so toxic.

I don’t like the culture . It’s full of politics, toxic culture and micromanagement. No growth opportunities. Managers are weaponising their power to rate their staff during performance reviews. So, I interviewed at Wells Fargo for a finance role. I was the first one selected for documentation, and they made it sound like I got the job. Waited 2 weeks for the offer letter, but HR kept saying the position was on hold. Turns out, they gave the same offer to someone who was initially rejected! Why raise someone's hopes if you don't wanna give 'em the job? Show a little kindness 🙂

Culture and managers are really worse. They can put you in PIP without any reason. They force you to use AI tools and automation without actually providing any tools or apps in which it can be used. Work life balance is gone for toss. Start logging in from 10 am till 11pm -12 am in night.
