Reports have surged since the Covid-19 pandemic of employees using software to simulate mouse activity to deceive their companies during work hours. Wells Fargo recently fired staff for this very reason. I wonder, should our productivity be measured by constant activity or by the quality of our work? 🤷‍♂️

Hello Techies I think I am struck heavily on a wrong company Wells Fargo Having 9 yoe worked with 5 companies (including current company) so far Java full stack Wellsfargo doesn't have proper standards and treating employees like shit My mgr micro monitor everything and he call late in the evening and ask us close the things by EOD I am mentally exhausted and getting several health issues Since with wells I only have 9 months experience people are not ready to take me ... And market is also slow I don't know how to tackle this problem need your inputs
