# There is no cabin or box system while floor is open to all anybody can seat anywhere. It is benefited in way that from employee level to director seat together so could have opportunity to connect more with higher authorities. # They follow western culture where no body call sir to anyone which gives feel of equality. # It have hybrid model where you can work 40% per month from home. There is no restrictions which days it should be. # They also have block leave system where every employee need to take mandatory 10 days leave in the year. Which I consider a great advantage to plan long trips. # 5 working days...Read More

# I work in Product controller so I don't rhink anything need to add. # Year on year hike is quite low comparison to other compitition and also irrespective of how hard you work if doesn't highlighted to high level your manager will not highlight this on his own. # Work distribution is too much disturbed, as I can see on my floor a team is working so hard as they need to do overtime without any additional benefit and on the other side a team which is free even it's working hours. 1.People not having right experience or skills given high posts. 2. You cannot openly put your perspective, if you try to these incompetent people start targetting you. 3. Business/PO has no say in appraising people it is entirely depends on your manager. Even if you perform very well your manager can screw your appraisal. They makesure other team members provide negative feedback to you. 4. People close to manager don't have to come to office but others if take one sick leave manager asks questions. Even they point out at your planned leaves if there is release. 5. If your English is fluent you don't need any other skill. 6. Designations are not aligned with industry 7. Still in initial phase of agile adoption people are having waterfall mindset they don't understand agile. 8. Some projects are vendor driven 9. If people notice you have more skills and performing well they see that as a threat to their role and starts targetting you. They even take credit of your work. 10. its not place to work, very bad company

Dislikes

being a mother, I hv to support my family and kids. But the work culture isn't great, they want 5 day's in office for rotational shift. Night/evening/morning and while department transfer salary also reduced by 20k. Cabs having 4 people. No shift allowance, no food coupons and no job security.

I like the work culture and working hours are flexible. I have work life balance and if you have good team it works like a charm to have all support.

Dislikes

Credit Suisse and UBS merger was bit difficult for developers and I have worked in Credit Suisse for 2 years then merged with UBS. It can be good or not so good depends on people and their experiences. For me it was moderate due to multiple project change.
