-Extremely toxic work culture, to the point where they no longer care about your overall achievements but will frantically target your character to the point that they will target and abuse your family. -Motilal has a policy that despite earning your respective incentives, if you resign before new financial year that is before April, you need to surrender all the incentives you have earned to company. -Most toxic office politics happens here to the point even performing and achievers are forced to resign and leave the orgasation....Read More

MOFSL Management is good but due to the lower level employees are mentally harassing by the reporting. The way of talking and words are delivered by Reporting Managers are very dessarter. At the time of appraisal don't hiked the salary as the targets are overachieved.

The worst hr you can find is in motilaloswal. Divya pillai is the regional hr but still she is useless. Lot of girls tell her problem her mental harrassment but everytime she will lie ok give me sometime I will get back to you . But she will never respond . This company is not at all female friendly . And if you have stable job thenguyz please don't leave that job and join mosl.. Mosl give you hike but after 6 month they will give you pip and then you will be useless to them . Without providing portfolio or client how many days you will survive. This is the organisation where you will be not allowed to serve your notice period. Bosses are insecure they don't give chance for fresh talent. Initially they will say that will arrange your training in Mumbai. They will send you Mumbai just for showing rosi picture but after coming from Mumbai your honeymoon period will go and real mental torture for 2 cr of monthly mutual fund get started apart from insurance and demat. Without any support. If you don't reach at 9.15 at 9.16 your salary will be debited for that month . If you don't do daily 2 meeting attendance is not marked and for every meeting you have to do geo tagging.and call from Mumbai whether sales person have met or not which is very embarassing infront of our client...Read More
