Pathetic management decision is heavily influenced by personal relationship rather than employed performance this has contributed to the loss of valuable employees such as Ajith Singh unfortunately office politics are prevalent here which might be expected in many corporate environment as well Pro tip for the day be cautious if your considering joining the CSE department particularly under Reshma mahendran be prepared for extended working hours and an expectations to be always available and to be on it toes the role demand significant personal sacrifice as well Zero work life balance the company does not prioritise personal time the expectation is that your personal life will be take a backseat to your work responsibility Unreasonable work hours junior positions including executive senior executive and assistant manager's roll require long Harsh of an extending to 10 to 12 hours a day with 30-45 minutes of break if you work from home you will be expected even long working hour as travel time is saved Weekend working on weekends including Sunday is common expectations you might need to put an extra hours to elevate the workload for the following week Unrealistic deadlines ,senior staff often set unrealistic deadline to showcase their own value to the higher management which results in excessive pressure and workload on junior staff Restrictive leave policy unplanned leaves in general not accommodated in medical emergencies employees are expected to work from home or else work from hospital in case if any family member is admitted which affect productivity and ads stress as well Unfair performance rating despite exceptional performance the company rating system is rigid and impersonal ratings are distributed in a fixed manner where is 80% of the people get meet expectation rating 10% of them get need improvement 5% gets exceed expectations and 5% gets for exceed expectation and few of them gets need improvement has well this policy given by the new HR approach limits opportunity for recognition and fair appraisal so that you provide a phrasal based on the actual performance which was a more equitable approach...Read More

Country sales head Rishi Cobra is such a bu gger. This fraud company just want to get sales done from employees even at the cost of their lives

Policies which make this company worst company in the entire world to work for: - you will be wrongly sold the role I was promised that I would get a portfolio to manage and this is not a direct sales role but instead I was forced to do cold calling and do client visits. Due to my interest interest in the financial markets I took upthe role and left my stable job which I used to feed my family with. After joining just after few days I was forced to do sales work this is a hardcore sales profile. - Rishi Cobra is such a mentally sick person he would use abusive language and go to any extent to extort money out of clients through their wealth managers - This is a non inclusive place to work for as no non veg is allowed in office and a fine of 5000 rs is imposed upon having it. - This job role is not safe for women and no attention is paid on women safety and you would be forced to do client visits alone - There is no notice period mentioned in the offer letter and you can be thrown out of this organisation any day without any notice and you would have to worry about feeding your family from next day. - There is a strict attendance policy and if you reach late hy even a sec you would not get salary for that day - There is a strict rule of doing 2 client visits everyday without any leads being provided and you would be left on your own on the road to do sales and if you miss to to do two client visits any given day your salary will be deducted. Afte the client visits call will be made to the client to check if the manager had visited them and even they will check which color they were wearing. Such kind of cheap tactics is done by them to micromanage their employees. - my two cents for anyone looking to change their jobs don’t even consider joining this company and leaving your stable job. - I used to watch Mr agrawal and used to watch him on news channels and used to think that the company would be ethical but I was wrong and this company would go to any extent to do illegal things....Read More
